A New Portrait by Marion

The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner has initially determined that a Palm Beach Gardens woman, whose body was found in Mallory Creek lake in Abacoa Tuesday, died as a result of drowning. The vehicle and body of Chanel Farrell Phillips were found after a report to police of tire tracks leading into the lake.
