Cashscam , 2008: Jaya Prada looks procedures with Amar Singh


  Yesteryears Bollywood actress and expelled Samajwadi Party leader Jaya Prada are now in a Delhi court in the case in 2008 , in which the former party leader Amar Singh cashscam is also accused of .

Jaya Prada came to the court and remained there during the hearing on the charges in the design of a CD was performed by a sting operation.

Both Jaya Prada and Amar Singh were expelled from SP in 2010 on charges of anti-party activities .

A crowd of onlookers and fans of the movie star turned politician milled around the courtroom .

Amar Singh has announced the release of the case, saying there was no evidence to show that he led the BJP MPs to vote in the confidence vote in the Lok Sabha 2008 cross in exchange for money sought.

Delhi Police had in its first indictment accused Amar Singh and Sudheendra Kulkarni former aide of LK Advani "conspiracy " and " orchestrated " the fraud occupation - vote for corrupt some members before a vote of confidence in the Lok Sabha , 22 July 2008.

Besides Amar Singh and Kulkarni , BJP MPs Ashok Argal and former MP Faggan Kulaste Singh and Mahabir Singh Bhagora Sanjeev Saxena , former aide of Amar Singh and BJP activist Sohail Hindustani are accused in this case .

The case was registered in 2009 on the recommendation of a parliamentary committee probing the scam .

All the accused were booked under various provisions of the Prevention of Corruption and criminal conspiracy under the Indian Penal Code Act .

The first indictment in the case, in which all but Argal identified in August 2011, when defendants were filed .
